Looks like they own and run their own servers, but there's no information beyond that. My thought was that if anyone decides to report me, I could get legal help from OTW, but we are SCREWED if they don't exist anymore!
That being said, neocities does appear to allow NSFW content of a quite kinky variety, so it's worth a shot! I always back up my stuff anyway, so it's more a publishing issue than an archiving issue for me.
