I love this AU! The concept is so clever and I love the author's wordbuilding! She's also SUPER nice! I got to work with her on the artwork this fic is paired with (since it's part of a big bang), and I'm so glad my work was paired with such a cool fan fic! Gosh, this comic is so lovely! I love the way Whiteley draws both of the husbands, keeping them recognisablewhile still adding her own flare to them! I'm also just Weak for The Prince of Egypt, and it's clear that Whiteley drawing from the movie's colour pallet. If you love Good Omens and you somehow haven't read this yet, definitely give it a read!

*sigh* Theresa writes the most lovely fics. The sweetness and intimacy between Credence and Graves is palpable. I'm honestly not sure I'm in love with the smut, though it wasn't written by Theresa, so I can't blame her for it. And the fic is worth it just for the tenderness in my opinion.

1950s Soviet counterculture is a fascinating idea for an AU! And these two feel so in character despite the change in geography (tho it took me a while to get used to Russian Napoleon Solo). It's a great little multi-chapter fic and I love every second of it. It's pretty easy to forget that jazz was super countercultural back when it was first introduced to a white audience, and seeing it keep that cultural significance in a different country at a different time is absolutely fascinating!

It was nostalgia for this fic that actually got my jeanmarco kick going. I love this fic. Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye from Fullmetal Alchemist are hilarious as Jean's parents, and I love seeing the 104th squad chilling at a wedding party together! Not to mention the porn is pretty great.

*sigh* Autumn is slowly becoming one of my favourite authors. While she mostly writes Kylux stuff, this Good Omens fic is DIVINE. Her characterisation is pitch-perfect. This fic focuses on a Crowley who's nervous and broken and terrified, but still so SO beloved by those around him and it was very healing for me to read.

Oh man, Call Me By Your Name is gonna be the hill I die on, isn't it? It's been a year and a half since the film came out, most of the fics in the AO3 tag are either RPF or crossovers, and yet I refuse to move.
This one was actually a reread, which was prompted by seeing some My Own Private Idaho gifs on tumblr (that's the gay movie with Keanu Reeves that inspired the fic btw).
Annette's work is still as lovely as ever. The characterisation is on point, the prose is lovely, and the darker topics are handled tastefully. A great piece from a great writer that I'm proud to call my friend!

What's this? A new addition to the fandom list? Yup! I've actually been a huge Good Omens fan since my freshman year of high school (and a Neil Gaiman fan since fifth grade), but for whatever reason, I don't read for it very often, and I've never written for it.
This fic is heartwrenching, honestly. More focused on the hurt and its aftermath than the comfort because of everything Crowley has been through, but it all serves to justify the end of the fic, where you can feel the weight lifting off your shoulders. That's a lot to pack into a couple thousand words, but it's a great read.

I Don't Go Here (which is why GoT isn't tagged), but one of my best friends sent me this fic and we both died laughing! I didn't get most of the in-jokes (but I'm guessing Oathkeeper is a sword?), but the whole thing is very tongue-in-cheek, with some great fluff in the end. This was an interesting treadmill read. This was one of those fics that was so hot and spicy, I kept having to check over my shoulder while I was walking to make sure no one caught me reading porn in public (yes, I do that. No, it's not a kink. I'm so desensitised to it at this point, it's basically like reading the newspaper).
I love the characterisation here! Hux is so desperate to be loved, and Kylo is more than happy to give it to him. Kylux fandom has some of the best-written smut out there, and I can't tell whether I belong there or not!
